No, but for higher rental yields we recommend having WIFI installed.

This is also a rule we can set on Airbnb from the beginning. It’s up to you.

I do. This gives us the opportunity to check your property whilst the guests are still there.

This isn’t an issue with short-term rental services. As your rent is held in escrow and is paid to you directly after the second day the guests are in the house.

Yes, the landlord receives all the rental payment directly from Airbnb minus 20% fee. Airbnb allows for a split payment thus you will receive the 80% directly to your account.
