- The current certificate of occupancy by the competent insular Administration, specifying the maximum number of members that the property can sell.
- The location must be in the areas suitable for holiday rental activity.

- The house must be free from sanctions.
- Have minimum equipment of 1 bathroom for every 4 people.
- The houses are obliged to display, in a prominent and visible place, a plaque identifying the property as a holiday rental with the corresponding holiday rental license number.
